Kuccarina five spices
Kuccarina paprika
4 tewmiet
2 basliet
Mgharfa zejt
Mgharfa margerina
Mgharfa kunserva
200 ml inbid marsala









Metodu:
Immarina l-laham fl-inbid u l-melh.
Qaxxar il-qoxra tal-lumija, laringa u tuffieha u nixxifhom fil-Griglioso fuq temperatura ta’ 100º ghal 10 minuti. Ithan fir-Ronic.
Qatta’ l-basal u t-tewm, aqli fiz-zejt u l-margerina, zid il-kunserva u l-melh. Zid il-laham, il-paprika, il-five spices, il-merqtux, il-habaq u l-kumplament ta’ l-ingredjenti u hallieh isir ghal siegha jew siegha u nofs
