Gobon feta jew kwadri ta’ gobon abjad (white cheese)

Ghad-dressing:
Zejt taz-zebbuga
Meraq tal-lumi
Hwawar friski bhan-naghniegh jew habaq
Bzar frisk
Basal zghar shah
Metodu:
Hallat il-meraq tal-lumi, iz-zejt taz-zebbuga, il-kemmun,
it-tumeric, il-yoghurt u l-bzar u l-melh. Qatta’ t-tursin,
il-basal u t-tuffieh fi kwadri zghar u hallathom ma l-immarinat
tal-yoghurt.
Qatta’ s-sidra tat-tigieg f’ bicciet kwadri
u nehhi xi ghadam zghar li jkun hemm.
Poggi t-tigieg fl-immarinat u halli joqghodu fil-fridge
ghal madwar saghtejn.
Xarrab l-iskewers fl-ilma ghal madwar nofs siegha qabel
ma d-dahhal it-tigieg.
Importanti hafna li tidlek il-grilja tal-barbeque biz-zejt
qabel ma’ tpoggi il-kebabs tat-tigieg fuq ic-charcoal.
Halli ghal madwar ghaxar sa hmistax il-minuta filwaqt li
tqalleb ta spiss.
Ahsel l-ingredjenti ta’ l-insalata u hallat fi skutella.
Hallat l-ingredjenti tad-dressing u hawwad sew flimkien.
Tista’ sservi separatament jew hallat ma l-insalata
fl-ahhar minuta qabel ma sservi.
Naddaf il-basal sew u halli l-qoxra ta’ fuq, hawwar
sew bil-bzar u melh, gezwer fil-foil u poggi fuq ic-charcoal
