500 g faqqiegh
50 g gobon parmeggan
Basal
2 sinniet tewm
Mgharfa zejt taz-zebbuga
Mgharfa mustarda
Tazza nbid abjad
Gbejna bajda
Ftit ilma
Tursin
Metodu:
Fir-Ronic Food Processor ithan il-gbejniet, il-bzaru ahmar
helu, it-tewm, il-gammon, frak tal-hobz, it- tursin u l-bajda.
Imla t-tigieg b’din it-tahlita u fil-wicc itfa’
l-meraq tal-lumija u melh.
Sajjar fil-Griglioso ghal 45 minuta fuq temperatura ta’
250°
Sajjar ir-ross u hallieh mal-genb.
Aqli l-basla u t-tewm fiz-zejt taz-zebbuga. Zid il-faqqiegh,
il-mustarda u l-inbid. Zid ir-ross ftit ftit, hawwad u kif
jghaqad zid il-gbejna u t-tursin.
