2 imgharef prinjoli.
2 imgharef lewz imqaxxar u mqatta’.
2 kikkri zokkor.
Kuccarina kannella (Cinnamon).
Nofs kuccarina msiemer tal-qronfol mithuna.
2 kikkri ilma jghali.
Mgharfa lewz imqaxxar u inkaljat biex izzejjen.
Mgharfa prinjoli mixwija hafif biex izzejjen







Metodu:
Poggi l-butir go borma zghira, u meta jinhall zid is-smid. Sajjar is-smid mal-butir fuq nar moderat filwaqt li thawwad il-hin kollu. Meta tara li s-smid beda jismar, zid il-prinjoli u l-lewz u kompli sajjar sakemm tara li is-smid ha kulur samrani sew. Hawwad il-hin kollu. Zid iz-zokkor, hawwad u zid il-kannella u l-imsiemer tal-qronfol. Zid l-ilma jghali u sajjar fuq nar moderat sakemm it-tahlita tghaqad sew. Nizzel minn fuq in nar u ghatti il-borma b'sarvetta nadifa. Halli toqghod ghal 10 minuti, imbaghad poggi t-tahlita go skutella zghira li tkun dlikt bi ftit zejt. Halli toqghod fil- fridge ghal madwar 40 minuta, imbaghad aqleb ghal go platt tond li tkun ser isservi fih. Zejjen bil-lewz u l-prinjoli
