Insalata tat-tigieg

Ingredjenti:
800 g sidra tat-tigieg.
4 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga.
2 kuccarini turmeric.
4 imgharef mayonnaise.
Kuccarina mustarda.
3 imgharef Mango Chutney.
100 gramm lewz imqaxxar.
Melh u bzar
Metodu:
Qatta’ s-sidra tat-tigieg f'fingers u poggihom fi
skutell zghira. Xerred it-turmeric, l-melh u l-bzar. Hawwad
u halli joqghodu ghal 10 minuti.
Sahhan iz-zejt fit-tagen u aqli l-lewz sakemm jibda jihmar.
Nehhi minn got-tagen u poggihom fuq kitchen towel.
Aqli t-tigieg fiz zejt tat-tagen sakemm jihmaru u jsiru
sew. Nehhi minn got-tagen u poggi fi skutella. Halli jibirdu.
Zid il-mayonnaise u hawwad. Zid ic-chutney, il-mustarda,
il-melh u l-bzar. Hawwad kollox sew flimkien u halli joqghodu
ghal 30 minuta fil-fridge.
