185ml Zejt taz-Zebbuga
3 sinniet tewm
2 Imgharef sweet chili sauce
Bzar Ahmar
Bzar Isfar
2 Qarabaghliet kbar
2 brungiliet
4 stejks tat-Tonn
2 Imgharef aljoli
Metodu:
Ixwi t-tonn fuq grilja minn zewg nahat. Hawwar sew bil-bzar
u l-melh. Qatta’ l-haxix: il-bzar ahmar, il-bzar isfar,
il-qarabaghli u l-brungiel.
Aqli sew fiz-zejt taz-zebbuga u t-tewm. Zid maghhom zewg
kuccarini sweet chilli sauce u fl-ahhar zid zewg kuccarini
aljoli.
