350 g kusksu.
5 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga.
Basla mqatta’ rqiqa.
6 sinniet tewm mqattghin rqaq jew tewm frisk.
400 g polpa tat-tadam.
3 imgharef kunserva tat-tadam.
Ftit weraq tar-rand.
Karfusa friska.
400 g ful mqaxxar.
Litru u tlett kwarti ilma jghali.
6 gbejniet friski.
Melh u bzar.
Gobon mahkuk biex isservi


Metodu:
F’borma, aqli il-basla biz-zejt taz-zebbuga sakemm tibdel il-kulur, imbaghad zid it-tewm u sajjar ghal zewg minuti. Zid il-ful u sajjar fuq nar moderat ghal zewg minuti ohra. Hawwad u zid il-polpa tat-tadam, kunserva, ir-rand, karfus mqatta’, melh u bzar. Hawwad u sajjar ghal hames minuti imbaghad zid l-ilma. Sajjar ghal zewg minuti, zid il-kusksu, hawwad sew u halli jsir fuq nar baxx ghal madwar erbatax il-minuta filwaqt li thawwad spiss. Zid il-gbejniet u kompli sajjar ghal hames minuti ohra.
