Spaghetti alle Vongole

Ingredjenti:
500 g spaghetti No.3.
7 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga.
6 sinniet tewm mqattghin rqiq.
Bzaru ahmar jahraq(Chilli) mqatta’ rqiq.
Madwar 450 g vongole friski.
Tazza inbid abjad.
5 tadamiet mqaxxra u mqatta’ dadi.
Madwar 5 imgharef tursin mqatta’.
Melh.
Tursin biex isservi
Metodu:
Sajjar l-ghagin imma halli 'al dente'. Saffi l-ghagin, erga
poggieh fil-borma, zid mgharfa zejt, hawwad u halli f'post
shun.
F'borma biz-zejt aqli it-tewm flimkien mal-bzaru sakemm
jibdew jibdlu l-kulur. Zid il-vongole, hawwad fuq nar gholi
imbaghad zid l-inbid. Hawwad u sajjar ghal tlett minuti,
dejjem fuq nar gholi. Zid it-tursin, hawwad, zid it-tadam,
il-melh u t-tursin.
Sajjar fuq nar moderat ghal madwar 10 minuti filwaqt li
thawwad kultant.
Zid din it-tahlita ma’ l-ghagin fil-borma, zid il-kumplament
tat-tursin, hawwad u servi. Tista tqatta’ ftit habaq
biex izzejjen il-wicc tal-platt
