2 bicciet flett tac-canga
100g gobon tat-tursina
100g avocado
40g basal imqatta’
Sinna tewm
40g tadam imqadded
30g gewz
4 fl oz krema friska
2 fl oz stokk tat-tigiega
Meraq ta’ lumija
Mgharfa zalza tan-naniegh
Mgharfa qoxra tal-lumija mahkuka


Metodu:
Ghall-mili, f’tagen b’qiegh ohxon sahhan ftit zejt taz-zebbuga u butir u aqli l-basal u t-tewm sakemm jirtabu. Zid l-avocado imqatta’, t-tadam imqadded il-gewz, il-meraq tal-lumi u hawwad sew u zomm it-tahlita f’post kiesah.
Naddaf il-bicciet tal-flett sew u qatta’ f’porzjonijiet indaqs, iftahhom u fforma but.
Imla l-bicciet tal-flett bil-mili li tkun ippreparajt u hawwar sew. Sahhan tagen u zid iz-zejt u l-butir, sajjar il-laham miz-zewg nahat kemm tissigilah u kompli sajjar fil-forn ghal gosti tieghek.
Nehhi x-xaham zejjed u zid l-istokk, halli kollox itektek sakemm jingibed b’nofs. Zid il-krema u l-gobon tat-tursina. Erga halli jtektek u zid il-butir. Ipprepara platt shun u fin-nofs ibni torri bl-avocado, il-bzar ahmar u l-basal.
