Metodu:
Lesti turtiera li jkun fih sitt forom ta’ torti zghar
Iftah l-ghagina u qatta’ f’bicciet zghar biex joqghodu f’kull forma
Nehhi l-ghagina zejda. B’furketta, taqqab toqob zghar fil-qiegh u poggi t-turtiera toqghod fil-fridge.
Qaxxar it-tuffieh u qatta’ zewg tuffiehat f’dadi u t-tlieta l-ohra fi slajsis.
Qatta’ l-gewz sabiex tkun tista’ thallathom mat-tuffieh aktar tard. Halli sitt gewziet shah sabiex tkun tista’ zzejjen.
F’tagen bi ftit zejt, aqli d-dadi tat-tuffieh u meta jkunu saru, zid il-gewz imqatta’.
Imla tlett kwarti mill-ghagina bit-tuffieh imsajjar, u poggi is-slajsis tat-tuffieh fil-wicc u spicca bis-slajsis tal-gbejna fil-wicc u sajjar ghal 20 minuta.
