Fwied tal-majjal
biz-zalza ta’ l-inbid ahmar

Ingredjenti:
300g fwied tal-majjal
25g dqiq
50g zejt taz-zebbuga
500ml stokk tac-canga
25g zalza tat-tadam
200g Basal imqatta’
Sinna tewm
50g Bacon
500g patata
Metodu:
Naddaf il-fwied sewwa u qattghu fi slajsis. Ghaddi l-bicciet
tal-fwied mid-dqiq bil-bzar u l-melh. Aqli miz-zewg nahat
fiz-zejt jahraq u poggi f’recipjent tal-casserole.
Aqli l-basla sakemm tiehu l-kulur, u zidha mal-fwied. Ghatti
kollox bl-istokk u zid iz-zalza tat-tadam u t-tewm. Hawwar
u ghatti r-recipjenti. Dahhal kollox fil-forn u halli isir
bil-mod ghal madwar nofs siegha. Aqli l-bacon, ghalli l-patata
u servi mal-fwied
