150 g tadam mqadded.
20 g incova.
2 imghatef tursin mqatta’.
Mgharfa habaq.
250 g gbejniet xotti mahkuka.
400 g ghagin li tiggosta





Metodu:
Poggi l-ingredjenti kollha barra l-gbejniet mahkuka go blender jew food processor. Ipprocessa sakemm ikollok bhal krema mhux maqghuda hafna. Tista’ izzid ftit aktar zejt taz -zebbuga.
Sajjar l-ghagin skond l-istruzzjonijiet fuq il-pakkett, saffi u erga’ poggi fil-borma. Zid mgharfa zejt taz-zebbuga, hawwad, imbaghad zid il-pesto. Hawwad tajjeb u servi bil-gbejniet mahkuka fill-wicc.
Jekk ser tuza l-pesto fuq il-hobz, idlek il-kisriet tal-hobz sew bil-pesto. Xerred il-gbejniet mahkuka fill-wicc. Poggi taht grill jahraq sakemm tara li l-wicc tal hobz ha kulur dehbi sabih. Servi jaharqu. Tista wkoll tpoggi l-hobz isir fuq il-barbeque
