Metodu:
Qaxxar it-tuffieh u qatta’ fi erbgha. Sajjar it-tuffieh f’35 gramma butir sakemm jismaru. Poggihom mal-genb f’post shun.
Naddaf il-huta sew mix-xewk u hawwar bil-bzar u l-melh u poggiha fuq aluminium foil midluka bil-butir.
Hallat il-mustarda ma’ l-inbid u ferra fuq il-hut, roxx it-tursin fuq il-hut u poggi d-dixx fil-forn ghal madwar hames minuti.
Sadanittant f’borma zghira halli c-cider jingibed, zid tlett kwarti ta’ l-istokk tal-hut u zid il-krema u halliha sakemm taghqad ftit.
Nehhi minn fuq in-nar u habbat 65 gramma butir fiz-zalza.
Duq ghal melh u l-bzar. Servi shun
