4 slajsis perzut parma
4 saljsis perzut tal-ghadma

Inbid ahmar




Metodu:
Iftah il-majjal, poggi l-priezet mifruxin fuqu u rrombla. Sajjar il-basla mqatta’ f’bicciet zghar, itfa’ l-inbid ahmar u hallih jirriduci sew.
Poggi z-zalza u l-majjal go dixx.
