Qoxra tal-lumicell mahkuka
Meraq tal-lumicell
2 imgharef ta’ ginger frisk mahkuk
Mgharfa ghasel
Mgharfa zejt taz-zebbuga
4 basliet zghar
Bzar u Melh
250g patata
25g butir
Halib
Metodu:
Go borma zghira, sajjar il-frott li tiggosta f’kuccarina
butir, ghal madwar hames minuti. Zid ftit qoxra u l-meraq
tal-lumicell. Zid kuccarina ghasel u zewg kuccarini ginger
mahkuk u kompli sajjar ghal ftit minuti ohra.
Ixwi l-laham ghal ftit fuq il-grilja. Sadanittant, sajjar
il-patata maxx u servi ma’ l-istejk tal-gammon bil-haxix
