2 Pakketti ghagina sfiljurata tal-friza ta’ madwar 500 g
Madwar 350 ml. krema friska mhabbta.
3 kartuniet frawli mahsula u minghajr weraq.
300 g gamm tal-frawli
5 imgharef Icing sugar






Metodu:
Fuq ftit dqiq, iftah l-ghagina hafif hafif ghal gholi ta'centimetru. Iz-zewg bicciet ghagina jridu jinfethu u jkunu tal-istess daqs precis.
Poggi fuq pjanca midluka u ahmi go forn jahraq hafna ghal madwar tmintax il-minuta jew sakemm tara li l-ghagina gholiet u hadet kulur dehbi. Ohrog mill-forn u halli tibred sew.
Uza sikkina tajba tal-ponta u iftah l-ghagina folji, folji. Kemm jista jkun zomm l-ghagina f'bicciet shah.
Poggi l-folja tal-qiegh fuq dixx li tkun ser isservi fih. Idlek bil-gamm tal-frawli. Poggi saff ghagina fuq il-gamm, idlek sew bil-krema u poggi slajsis tal-frawli. Erga’ poggi saff ghagina, idlek bil-jam , poggi saff ghagina, idlek bil-krema u poggi slajsis tal-frawli.
Kompli hekk sakemm tuza l-ingredjenti kollha. Spicca b-saff ghagina. Biex izzejjen, xerred l-icing sugar fill-wicc.
Poggu il-mille foglie fil-fridge ghal madwar siegha BISS u servu kiesha.
Qatta’ il-frawli fi slajsis irqaq.
