Crepe bil-likur tal-lumi

Ingredjenti:
3 bajdiet
250g dqiq
500ml halib
Qoxra ta’ Lumija mahkuka
Meraq ta’ lumija
50 gr butir
Lumicell (Lime)
Likur tal-lumi
Sorbet tal-lumi
Icing Sugar
Metodu:
Poggi l-bajd, itd-dqiq, il-butir mdewweb u nofs il-halib
fi skutella u ibda hawwad. Imbaghad, zid il-bqija tal-halib
bil-mod waqt li thawwad sakemm tikseb konsistenza tajba.
F’tagen non-stick ferra ftit mit-tahlita sabiex taghmel
pancake.
F’tagen iehor, poggi ftit mil-qoxra tal-lumija. Zid
qattra butir halli sakemm tiehu l-kulur. Zid l-icing sugar,
meta l-butir u l-qoxra tal-lumija jihmaru, zid il-likur
tal-lumi, il-lumicell, il-meraq tal-lumi u halli tingibed
f’zalza tal-lumi.
Poggi l-pancake fiz-zalza tal-lumi u halliha tassirbi
l-meraq ghal ftit sekondi, poggi l-pancake fi platt, halli
l-meraq jingibed ftit aktar u imbaghad ferra fuq il-pancake.
Zid mgharfa sorbet tal-lumi u servi qabel ma jinhal il-gelat
