Rucola

Zejt taz-zebbuga
Tazza port
Tazza krema
Metodu:
Sajjar il-basla u aqli l-fwied, il-faqqiegh u ftit mir-rucola.
Itfa l-port u sajjar ghal zewg minuti. Itfa r-ross nej,
hawwad sew. Itfa ftit ilma biex tghatti t-tahlita.
Meta jsir ir-ross nizzel minn fuq in-nar u itfa l-krema
