6 ravjuliet tal-gbejniet
20g tadam imqadded, imqatta’
2 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga
Bzar u Melh
50g rucola
10g zebbug iswed
Sinna tewm imqatta’








Metodu:
Sajjar ir-ravjul fl-ilma jaghli bil-melh ghal ghaxar minuti, halli ‘al dente’ u saffi sew.
F’tagen sahhan iz-zejt taz-zebbug u sajjar it-tewm, zid it-tadam imqadded u z-zebbug iswed, sajjar ghal madwar hames minuti ohra u zid ir-ravjul u kompli sajjar ghal zewg minuti ohra. Servi bl-insalata tar-rucola fil-wicc
