Kilo canga friska
Tursin
Habaq
Melh u bzar
4 mgharef hall balsamiku
Ingredjenti ghall-Bbq sauce:
500 g tadam
8 sinniet tewm
Basla
50 g kunserva
100ml cider vinegar
3 imgharef worchester sauce
3 imgharef ghasel
3 imgharef zokkor ismar
2 imgharef zejt tal-karawett (peanut oil)
2 kuccarini trab tal-mustarda
Kuccarina ginger mithun
Ftit qtar tal-lumi
Ftit melh
Metodu:
Ithan il-laham u zid mieghu t-tursin, il-habaq, il-hall,
il-bzar u l-melh.
Ifforma f’pulpetti u sajjar fil-Griglioso ghal 10
jew 15-il minuta fuq temperatura ta’ 180°
Metodu Bbq Sauce:
Qaxxar il-basla u t-tewm u aqlieh.
Qaxxar it-tadam, qattghu f’bicciet u aqlieh flimkien
mal-basal u t-tewm.
Zid il-kunserva, ic-cider vinegar, il-worchester sauce,
il-peanut oil, u l-hwawar.
Ghaqqad biz-zokkor u l-ghasel u tista’ sservi mal-laham
