Naddaf il-bzar ahmar, u l-basla u qattaghhom f’bicciet kwadri zghar flimkien mal-brungiela. Qaxxar it-tewm u hallih shieh. Ahsel il-haxix, poggieh go recipjent u ixwi fil-Griglioso ghal madwar nofs siegha fuq temperatura ta’ 150°. Sadanittant ghalli l-ghagin, saffi u hallat il-haxix mal-ghagin. Bir-Ronic Food Processor ithan il-habaq u zidu mal-ghagin flimkien ma l-irkotta, iz- zejt taz-zebbuga u l-paprika. Hawwad tajjeb u sajjar fuq nar bati ghal madwar hames minuti. Metodu:
Bir-Ronic Food Processor ithan 200 gramma faqqiegh flimkien mal-mustarda, t-tewm, l-inbid, mgharfa dqiq u saghtar. Itfa kollox go kazzola u sajjar sa ma jibdew jghalu. Ahsel il-kumplament tal-faqqiegh u hallihom shah. Sajjar go kazzola ghal madwar hmistax-il minuta. Zid it-tursin frisk u tista’ sservi
