Ingredjenti:
Fenek imqatta’ bicciet.
100ml inbid Ahmar
Sinna Tewm
Basla mqatta’ dadi
Zunnarija mqatta’ dadi
3 Imsiemer tal-qronfol.
50g Dqiq
120g Pruna
3 bicciet zkuk tal-karfus imqatta’ dadi
100g Cikkulata Skura.
50ml Ghasel
Bouquet Garni
350ml Stokk tac-canga
20ml Zejt tal-haxix
Melh u Bzar





Metodu:
Rembel il-bicciet tal-fenek fit-dqiq. Go Borma aqli fi ftit zejt , bzar u melh. Kif jismaru ftit zid il-haxix imqatta’, it-tewm, l-imsiemer tal qronfol, il-bouquet garni u aqli ghall ftit minuti.
Zid l-inbid ahmar, l-ghasel u l-istokk. Ghatti u qieghed fil-forn ghal madwar siegha u nofs sakemm il-laham tal-fenek jinqala minn ma l-ghadam.
Nehhi il-laham mit - tahlita. Ghaddi it-tahlita minn go passatur u zomm iz-zalza. Erga itfa iz-zalza fuq in nar sakemm tbaqbad u tihxien fil-kostintenza taghha. Zid ic-cikkulata u l-pruna imqatta. Servi mal- patata , il-couscous u l-haxix ta’ l-istagun
