Ingredjenti:

350 g spaghetti
15 cherry tomatoes
25g prinjoli
300 g irkotta.
50 g gobon parmeggan mahkuk.
30 g gewz imqaxxar
100 g polpa tat-tadam
Ftit weraq tal-habaq
Zejt taz-zebbuga
Kuccarina zokkor
Melh u bzar midhun frisk


Metodu:
Poggi il-prinjoli go tagen non-stick jahraq ghal ftit minuti, jew sakemm tara li hadu kulur dehbi. Halli jibirdu. Aqsam ic-cherry tomatoes minn nofs, xerred ftit zejt taz-zebbuga, melh u bzar u dahhalhom taht grill jahraq sakemm jihmaru sew. Halli jibirdu.

Ghalli lis-spagetti fl-ilma bil-melh, imma halli ftit 'al dente'. Saffi u erga’ poggi fil-borma.
Poggi l-ingredjenti kollha l-ohra barra ic-cherry tomatoes go food processor jew ahjar blender. Zid ftit zejt taz-zebbuga, melh u bzar u hallat tajjeb sakemm ikollok bhal krema.
Zid din it-tahlita mal-ghagin fil-borma, hawwad tajjeb imbaghad poggi f'dixx li tkun ser isservi fih. Zejjen bic-cherry tomatoes u ftit weraq tal-habaq fill-wicc
