Metodu:

Sahhan il-forn ghal madwar 350 grad F.
Go tagen sahhan zewg imgharef zejt u aqli l-hut minn zewg nahat li jigu jqarmcu.
Sahhan il-bqija taz-zejt f’tagen kbir u aqli l-basal sakemm jihmaru, zid il-lewz imhallat imqatta’ u hawwad ghal ftit minuti. Zid it-tadam u kompli sajjar ghal ftit minuti, zid it-tursin, l-istokk u kompli sajjar ghal ftit minuti ohra. Hawwad kultant.
Poggi l-hut f’casserole b’qiegh baxx, ferra s-salza fuq il-hut u roxx il-bzar iswed ghall-gosti tieghek.
Sajjar gol-forn ghal ghoxrin minuta.
Servi l-hut mal-patata
